Longform RPG & Strategy Streaming on Twitch
Impheim is the home of Imperor the First: a small time Twitch streamer focused on longform, narrative-driven gaming and a role play first approach. Imperor's streams fall into three weekly categories: Monday variety and game discovery, Thursday creative streams (digital art, world-building, writing), and Saturday grand strategy with Stellaris and other 4X titles.
The Impheim community is inclusive, friendly and welcoming. We put a heavy emphasis on supporting especially those who do not always have the voice or recognition they deserve and have in the past collected donations for The Trevor Project, Die Tafel Deutschland (German foodbank) and similar causes. No matter if you lurk, chat or really get yourself involved, we will be happy to see you. To make catching up easier and learning a bit about the history of the channel, insider jokes, major events and campaigns, we have The Chronicle, a living timeline documenting campaigns, milestones, lore events and art achievements.
Since late 2024, every Thursday stream has been dedicated to digital art. Viewers can redeem channel points to request custom artwork. Over 120 requests have been made, 30+ completed and counting. All finished pieces are tracked in the Art Queue, with a slot-machine picker used live on stream to choose the next item to work on.
Alongside the streaming content, Impheim hosts a growing suite of free TTRPG tools for dungeon masters and players. This includes character generator, a fantasy book generator, and a loot generator; all built from scratch and designed to make tabletop session prep faster and more fun. New tools are added regularly as the community grows and the Imperor struggles to run his own campaigns (honestly, I mainly build these for myself, because I often fail to provide something really cool on the spot).
